- My duties as an Assistant Manager are to make sure our customers are satisfied with their transactions, maintaining dates on our food and keeping up by FIFO-ing our products, and promoting the upmost customer service. I help maintain the store clean, restocked and organized, as well as assist on training new members to bring them up to speed. I have gained my supervisors trust enough for them to allow me to assist them on managing paperwork, including closing the business day by counting registers out to complete daily deposits and restocking the safes along with the ATM. I have gained connections with many of the customers who have now become my regulars who make my day every time they visit the convenient store.
