Lead the creation & oversees the movement of military teams, assigns personnel to Unit Type Codes positions for the entire Security Forces Group & monitors 1,367 personnel and resources daily to ensure the highest state of readiness throughout the Group, awarded 2023 Team of the 4th Quarter Award.

• Managed the Defense Readiness Reporting System, authoring and reviewing 350 reports detailing statistics to higher headquarters and acquires necessary equipment to directly support U.S. Air Force Central Command and U.S Strategic Command mission requirements.
• Oversaw a $1.8M support contract that provided clean restroom facilities for over 1,000 personnel, encompassing 150 nuclear missile sites across the 9,600 sq/mi complex.
• Took control of the 90th Missile Security Operations Ground and Weapon Safety programs, correcting a 2 year discrepancy, inspected all safety aspects for ten facilities, $14M in weapons and munitions, and 17 sections across the 90th Security Forces Group, won 2024 1st Quarter Group Safety Achievement Award.

Administered 550 Security Forces duty position assessments, certified 215 critical positions, drove the annual re-write of 52 verbal exams & modernized 166 task performance checklists.

• Oversaw 45 Wing level nuclear response exercises, evaluated tactics for 130 Protection Level convoys, & ensured 1,300 security personnel executed U.S. Strategic Command's security postures for $3.3 billion in nuclear assets, 2022 Nuclear Surety Staff Assistance Visit Outstanding Team
  Award winner.
• Member of 90th Missile Wing Inspection Team, identified 30 major nuclear security violations, halted work until corrected, synchronized 6 Security Forces units into Air Force Global Strike Command directives, 2022Nuclear Surety Inspection Superior Team Award recipient.

Directed 80 member missile field defense flight & 15 person back-up force, lead protection of 150 Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles, 150 nuclear launch sites valuing $3.3 billion 2020 Security Forces Group Team of the Year Award winner.

• Operated $5M Visual Detection & Assessment System for 9,600 sq/mi area of responsibility, dispatching mobile security teams to 100 restricted areas
• 90th Missile Wing's main command and control hub for nuclear site security of missile maintenance and convoy operations, directing Alert/ Escort teams across 3 states, awarded 2021 Nuclear Deterrence Operations Team of the Year
  Award.

Bolstered the President of the United States' directive of 200 million vaccinations in 100 days, posturing nine points of dispensing stations at the Department of Defense's first hybrid Coronavirus Disease Community Vaccination Center, providing access for over 537,000 residents in underprivileged areas, awarded Air Force Achievement Award.

• Augmented a new six-step treatment process, working with the Federal and State Emergency Management Agencies, which helped maintain 100 percent accountability of 3,000 daily patients and was crucial to 150,000 coronavirus immunizations with zero adverse reaction events.
• Influential in the reorganization of four at-risk patient triage locations, slashing general customer wait times by 50 percent and increasing patient throughput by 33 percent.
