While working for Tyson's I took several positions quickly learning the process of the assembly line, and was assigned Assistant Line lead (managerial position) after 3 months working in the new facility.
After work for Tyson's for three months, I applied to become a Fryer OP, a position that paid more than my current and was a competitive slot.
