When I was in high school I was a buss boy cleaning up after parties and events. I came back after I graduated as a prep cook. I was responsible for stocking heavy orders in our coolers and pantry. I worked our slicing machine; slicing cheese, meat, and green tomatoes. I cooked and portioned all the different noodles. I pounded out all of our chicken breast. I cut off excess fat of assorted chicken pieces portioning them in brines I made. I made our Johnny cakes mix and our sweet potato mash in the mixer and other staple dishes. Etc.

• Continuously adapted to changes in routes or schedules due to unforeseen circumstances, ensuring minimal disruption in service levels.
• Loaded and unloaded heavy boxes of inventory on our trucks.
• Participated in ongoing training opportunities provided by the employer, enhancing skillset relevant to the role of Delivery Driver Assistant.
• Maintained safety standards while assisting driver in maneuvering the vehicle through difficult routes or tight spaces.

Here I cleaned out apartments, building units and homes. Preparing rooms, walls and floors for painting, flooring and other renovations.
