Summary

I began my career within the food industry, working with the U.S.D.A in a high volume food manufacturing plant as a manufacturing lead. A few year later I transitioned into cloud networking and media services, shortly after the transition I was promoted twice into upper management. I’m currently the senior supervisor in our manufacturing department at Jabil, where I work directly with customers and the management team in my facility. I direct all in house meetings and manage 4 supervisors.

  • I was sent to Salt Lake City Utah to support a surge that resolved a product crisis
  • The plant struggled to meet goals and fell behind on customer expectations
  • Over 138 employees traveled to support the facility including myself, I was chosen to lead this team on an off shift
  • I everseen 7 departments and obtained 138 directs reports while integrating the team as a whole
  • The support on my team traveled from all over the globe from Europe, Asia, south and north Americas
  • The project was a huge success, I am both proud and thankful for the support and the opportunity that I was assigned during my assignment.
