I am currently a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner student in Kent State University's online program. I have 11 years of psychiatric nursing experience across the life span and am currently working at Cleveland Clinic Fairview's Adolescent Behavioral Health unit. I have a passion for providing mental health services to my patients and greatly enjoy my patient interactions to provide support, empathy, and education while they are in my care. I am pursing my PMHNP degree to do this more fully from not only a medication standpoint but provide the interactive therapy piece along with it. My goal is to eventually open my own practice or partner with a facility as a satellite office to bring mental health services to my small town in Caldwell, OH (and surrounding areas) as this is a very underserved population for mental health.
