During my time at Munson Cadillac, I have learned many things. It has been a great experience, and below are just a few of the responsibilities that I did everyday to ensure as safe of a case as possible for the patient as well as the staff.

• Hands instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures.
• Uses retractors, sponges and suctioning and irrigating equipment to create unobstructed operating fields.
• Counts and records sponges, instruments, and needles at beginning and end of surgical procedures.
• Set up equipment, tools and supplies needed for procedures and organize instruments as directed in surgeons' preference cards.

During my time at the sawmill, I was able to create a way to streamline the process of sorting the lumber that was produced. A serious attitude is extremely important when working around heavy machinery and moving parts. Because of this job, I now have a sense of what my employer is going to want before they need it. I also enjoy working hard and the satisfaction that comes with it when a job is done right.
