Daily activities include working both with internal an external customers.

• Working with the PM team on resolutions.
• Working with the PM team for improvements.
• Problem solving with customers on active projects.
• Collaborating with departments on new designs or new ideas.
• Working with other OBE business units to standardize business practices.
• Interacting within the business unit to assure the success of a project for the customer.
• Improving processes for the future of OBE.

Work directly with sales reps, customers, general contractors, architects and building owners, to determine a window system that would meet the needs of the building project.

• Customer relations via phone, email and fac to face meetings.
• Review project specifications.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings.
• Work with structural engineering to verify window system will meet project loads.
• Work with engineering to verify thermal performance for project specifications.
• Work with design engineers to create ne extrusions.
• Estimate in a timely manner to meet customer's bid deadlines.
• Reach out to vendors to get pricing options for pricing needed.
• Work with purchasing & scheduling to meet deadlines for the project.
• Work with finance to review overall project performance.
