I was Line Cook leader for the cold side. I was in charge of making the salads, all appetizers, deserts and more. Also would train the new hires on the proper cooking process and times for meats and more.

I would be in charge of performing daily job tasks such as patrolling the outer perimeter, performing daily door checks, verifying employee badge access and generally making sure what we were securing was being secured properly.
