I was a Shift Lead at Popeyes with a track record in enhancing customer satisfaction, efficiency, sales, and quality control. On average handling the last leg of the night shift as the only manager on duty, I developed skills that still help me today, including problem-solving, and a wider capacity not to crack under pressure. I excelled in training crew members, from ensuring compliance with health standards, to teaching 'tricks of the trade' to boost efficiency. I remained committed to forming a positive, and positive-reinforcement shaped environment while my schedule was usually flooded with never-ending dinner rushes. I was also generally favored among staff. Management role aside, as a staff member I am generally proactive and eager to learn and find out how to improve efficiency further, and shift gears into what a specific job or role needs out of me.
