Started as a dishwasher, for my first job, learned how to properly clean and sanitize dishes and utensils. Eventually training others as well. That position was from 2018-2019.

From 2019-2020 I was trained to prepare good, mainly salads and appetizers. From this position I learned how to maintain health codes, learned to use a knife and work in a high speed environment.

From then on (2020-2022) I worked in the front of the house, starting as a expo and eventually a server when I turned 18. This taught me customer service skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Unfortunately in October of 2022 the restaurant closed and I lost my job.
