Coachability and Willingness to Learn: Experience learning from and working with a team of industry professionals as a member of musical groups in the past and as an artist These professionals taught me skills to market releases, the ability to study algorithms in order to market better the promotion of online content, making graphics, and reaching out to radio stations and other markets to better promote releases I am eager to learn and develop new skills and the ability to tailor previously learned skills to apply to new situations

Idea Development and Brainstorming: As a member of the Belmont social media team, I have experience brainstorming and collaborating on ideas with others to reach a common goal I am also enrolled in a Creativity and Innovation course to develop new ways of generating ideas As an artist, I have experience brainstorming songs, graphics, brand identity, and strategies to promote releases and innovative ways to help ensure their success

Time Management and Deadlines: Experience in setting release dates with professionals, ensuring the delivery of all content before the release deadline, and managing the timing of social media content to aid in their success and fit the algorithm best In past projects, I have experienced recording deadlines where I was faced with limited studio ability I was able to manage time wisely and successfully record all that was needed before the deadline

Ability to Work in a Team Setting: As a member of past teams, clubs, and musical groups, I am happy to be a part of a team and collaborate, even when faced with opposing views In the case of opposing views, I am receptive and willing to understand the other side I am able to successfully integrate myself into groups and teams to work towards the common goal and contribute my skills
