Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by:

1) Providing a friendly environment by greeting and engaging guests as they enter the store.

2) Personalizing service by answering guest questions about products and services that meet their needs.

3) Informing guests about promotions and sales.

4) Recommending Ulta Beauty products and/or services.

In addition, I handled cashier transactions, ensured that shelves were stocked with merchandise, helped maintain overall store cleanliness, took the initiative to stay informed of new and existing products, and be knowledgeable about the ingredients and benefits of Ulta Beauty products to better serve our guests.

While working in a team-oriented, fast paced environment, I was responsible for:

2) Assembling and packaging food orders for both dining room and drive-thru customers.

3) Assisting cooks with food preparation, as needed.

4) Increasing customer satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service while handling cashier transactions.
