- Inspection of all components from the laydown yard to the pad. Coordinate team of inspectors to reevaluate components once they have reached destination on the mountain.
- Preservation team consists of four 3 man teams which I coordinate daily. Follow up with progress reports on corrosion, leaks and faulty dehumidifiers on site as well as storage and power supply to the components. Also do maintenance on components such as: gear box flooding, pin wheeling generators in the Nacelle, hub rotations and freewheeling.
- Lead a team of rope access blade repair techs. Generate power to internal crane using a 400 cable and distribution box up tower. Then disassemble to carry back down tower. Also manually lock out and tag out the main bearing once in proper position

- Supported the field support coordinator in doing inventory for vestas in relation to erection equipment and inspected all components from slings to switch gears.
- Documented on a timeline with pictures all applications i failed for process.

- Worked on Nextera sites supporting GE 2.7 and 3.0 turbines.
- Did 100% break in maintenance. Used hydrollic pumps and ERAD guns to torque and tension every bolt in each turbine. Did filter replacement, changed brushes and filled oil.
