  • Run post "21" at the School Campus, tracking and authorizing resident movement: to, from, and during school hours tracking all movement ensuring all residents are accounted for at all times while supporting the Issaquah School District staff in getting the educational needs of the residents met
  • Provide a security presence in Cottages and common areas around campus during resident programming and movement ensuring policies and procedures are being met by both staff and residents
  • Respond to Codes to provide Cottage staff with assistance when dealing with noncompliant resident/s, using VDSP techniques to coach the residents into committing to safety and making sound decisions to limit any further consequences
  • Enforce Organizational policies and procedures to ensure a safe working and living environment for both staff and residents
