*Supervise all on-site aspects of construction, and inspections.

*Tracking each job, and job site.

*Create, and complete punch lists on each job.

Coordinate and schedule customer, tenants, and contractor for each job site.

*Responsible for vehicles, phones, materials, and petty cash.

*Manage 4 to 6 employees, time, pay, performance, and evaluations.

*Supervise all on-site aspects of construction, and remodeling projects.

*Schedule inspections, maintain building code requirements, schedule materials, construction crew, sub contractors, and inspections

*Tracking each job, create, and complete punch lists.

*Coordinate, schedules between contractors, property owner, and tenants *Responsible for company tools, materials, and petty cash.

*Manage, approve employees time, performance and evaluations.

* Communicate/handle all contractor/vendor needs and relations.

* Store liaison to General Contractors for interior remodel projects, and exterior projects. (roofs, fences
doors/windows), including accounts payable, billing issues, insurance compliance and change orders.

* Calculate cost estimates.

* Material/product tracking/handling and staging for delivery

* Train, schedule and manage office staff.

* Customer relations/complaint resolution.

* Permitting, fire stop packages and building inspections.
