I am currently the Owner/Operator of a self-employed construction business in Stephenville, TX, where I manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion. I oversee budgeting, track expenses, and resolve on-site issues to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule. Previously, I served as an Insulation Crew Foreman at Insulation Specialties LLC in Bryan, TX, where I managed equipment and material inventories, monitored product quality, communicated with site superintendents, and contributed to maintenance program implementation. Through these roles, I have developed leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills. I am now wanting to expand my knowledge and experience in commercial construction, where I can apply my pervious hands on knowledge while continuing to grow in larger scale project planning, coordination, and execution.
