At Public i’ve leaned the power of team work, impeccable service that forgets no detail and definitely how to throw a party. At Public i had the pleasure of being the personal Server of Ms Lauryn Hill. Very grateful.

From pouring wine at conferences to serving dinner courses to celebrities and former president George Bush, Julia Valler was an absolute school of service who taught me to be flexible and fit the most diverse roles in hospitality.

Started as a Barista and ended up serving alongside with their banquets team... Later on got transferred to Julia Valler where I worked at the same hotel for another 3 years, company with whom I still work to the day.
