I try to Exercise everyday if i can for my mind, body and mental health. I work out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday i try to do Saturday and Sunday but i usually take care of my 4 year old niece. I usually work around 5 am in the morning it helps me feel energized and clears my mind. I love hanging out with my friends it's a breath of fresh air to just have a break from my school work. I love to paint it also calms me I can listen to music while i paint just focusing on my painting and drawing my feelings out especially if i am mad or sad or if i have anxiety.
