Currently, I hold the position of administrative specialist. We care about serving retirees and beneficiaries and following up on them. I also worked for about a year in the Public Prosecution, where I held the position of following up on employees’ financial affairs and collecting fines from individuals. At Qatar National Bank, I started out in the men’s department of the Qatar University branch, as customer service. Then I moved to central loans. Through it, I made some modifications regarding the format and I participated with the team that tested the new system at the bank. After that, I moved to customer service at the Al-Sadd branch, men’s department. It was the beginning of my career journey through my work at the British Bank, where I trained and worked in all customer service departments, including the ladies department and the VIP department, cashier service and even as a cash manager.
