Senior Associate Managers work along side with the General Manager to guide the day to day operations. Leading the management team to provide coaching to the employee's and implement company objectives.

Managed 5 location valued at 4 million to 6 million in sales, oversaw dynamic project teams comprised of 4-5 managers, and 130-160 employees per location. To ensure on-time and on-budget operation.

Opened 3 locations requiring site prep, interviewing large groups, hiring 350 employees to fill 250 opening day positions. Training people with little to no experience and developing them as subject matter experts in their departments. Food management that required higher volume at opening, and adjusting to more seasonal levels.

Build, manage, and develop management teams comprised of 5 managers, 7 departments requiring adequate staffing, provide coaching and mentorship, conduct performance evaluations, and establish inclusive work cultures. Coordinate with the General manager and District Managers to identify process gaps and develop solutions, resulting successful teams. Spearheaded new menu rollouts, which resulted in effective employee production, low waste, and customer satisfaction.
