• Trained on the following UPS and PDU product: GVX, Galaxy Li-Ion Battery, Symmetra MW, PMM500, and Galaxy RPP.
• Startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment
• Completion of field service reports, expense reports, preventive maintenance, and startup data sheets
• Continuous learning and training on various products, both in the field and in the classroom

• All the inspections concern NYCHA building withing the 5 boroughs of New York City
• Inspected all main electrical panels and circuits; lighting and lighting fixtures, Fire Alarm and Security System, Emergency Generator, Motor Control Center and Motor Starter
• Identified and quantified components in need of repair or replacement, and assigned a timeframe for addressing these components deficiency by submitting a daily report
• Identified hazardous conditions, inform the development management for immediate action to be taking to mitigate it
• Submit report to my supervisor for follow up with NYCHA.

• Supervised the contractual implementation of EPC and monitored the plans, schedules, invoices and progress of all engineering work
• Reported on project overall progress related to the power Interconnection of the following countries Cote d’Ivoire, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea
• Monitor the annex project of the CLSG for construction of MV(Mid-Voltage) line to provide electricity to all villages within 3 km of the HV(High Voltage) transmission line.

• Provide assistance in establishing schedules day by days and shifts for all technicians in accordance to the routing directive for the area
• Maintain previous and current techs schedules in workforce management applications
• Handle all techs scheduling changes and process requests made by techs ops management according to guidelines and policies.

• Installing, maintaining, testing and repairing cable infrastructure televisions, routers and internet technology devices
• Performing maintenance on existing cabling systems
• Troubleshooting issues with cable network
• Repairing cable poles and towers
• Ensuring all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations
• Completing paperwork such as timesheets, checklists, vehicle inspection reports and service orders.
