• I am the head waitress and make sure all other servers are doing their job. I also take care of guests, greeting them and cash outs handling receive cash and credit payments.

• My duties included taking guests orders, taking dishes and cleaning them, tables. I train new employees to uphold expectations of the company. I also close down the restaurant and clean with proper sanitation.

• My responsibilities as the manager to make sure crew were doing their job efficiently. I had to take care of any disputes with customers and or staff. I had to count money continuously throughout the day. I did the daily and weekly schedule entered reports and deposits through the computer system.
