- Presented at 8 Recruitment Counselor trainings over a 5 month period, focusing on impartiality, inclusion, and leadership development
- Coordinated with the university’s office of diversity, equity, and inclusion to have a guest speaker at a Recruitment Counselor training, educating counselors on how inclusivity can be applied within Greek life
- Coordinated with 10+ vendors to provide all necessary supplies and items for primary recruitment
- Designed 4 visually appealing shirts that would be worn by potential new members, Panhellenic council members, and Recruitment Counselors leading up to and during recruitment
- Fostered excitement and interest in the sorority experience, resulting in 92 women registering for primary recruitment
