In my role as an acting specialist, my job was to further train colleagues in the role of an associate. I have experience overseeing and training multiple associates across two different schools (Success Academy Harlem East Middle School & Success Academy Harlem East Elementary School). Transitioning from an Associate to a Specialist, I shifted from being tasked with specific duties to overseeing and delegating tasks to improve the overall testing environment across two schools.

• Conducted numerous internal and external (NYS: NYSESLAT/NYSITEL, Regents, etc.) assessments flawlessly.
• Analyzed assessment data using data management tools, to provide valuable insights.
• Experience with piloting and helping launch new new data systems such as 'Teacher Connect' within eSD.
• Collaborated with faculty and staff to ensure the smooth execution of assessment procedures.
• Conducted training sessions for staff members, effectively equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to use school-based internal systems efficiently.
• Made critical paths to give a minute-by-minute breakdown for how assessments should be administered from start to end.
• I created numerous data spreadsheets using Excel. Furthermore, I implemented various data visualization techniques to ensure the data was coherent, easy to read, concise yet in-depth, and, most importantly, accurate*.
