*Gave additional help with other departments to help with overload of patient registration, insurance payments or adding medical claims; sometimes remotely which was a rare thing at this time

*Promoted to Radiology coder-responsible for reviewing doctor notes-medical notes for claim generation by inserting payable CPT and DX codes via approvals of insurance companies.
