• SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - 801 Men’s Shelter, SE Washington, DC Contract Value $59,500,000 Scope of Work: Base Build - A design-build joint venture project with Blue Skye Construction. Responsible for the new construction of a Men’s Shelter located in SE DC owned by the Department of General Services. Providing a turnkey 85,000 SF, LEED Gold shelter with 375 beds, including low barrier, working and respite dorms, health clinic, commercial grade kitchen, laundry facilities, DHS administrative offices, rooftop terraces, green roofs, covered pavilions, and walkways.
• PROJECT MANAGER - Edgewood Recreation Center, Washington, DC: Contract Value $26,000,000 Scope of Work: Base Build - A firm fixed price joint venture project with Blue Skye Construction. Oversee contractual performance of over 25 subcontractors for a Department of General Services contract, which provided new construction services for a recreation center.
• PROJECT MANAGER - Bishop Ireton High School (BIHS), Alexandria VA: Contract Value $2,500,000 Scope of Work: Interior Renovation - An addition, renovation, and removal of an existing building.
• PROJECT MANAGER- Kenilworth Recreation Center, Washington, DC Contract Value $17,500,000 Scope of Work: Base Build - Preconstruction and construction services were provided for the renovation and expansion of an elementary school built in 1933.

• Developed and maintained comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Projected and maintained project schedule and budget, cultivated relationships with sub-contractors, coordinated with permitting and inspection agencies, and fostered a unique safety culture at each jobsite.
