Providing a turnkey 85,000 SF, LEED Gold shelter with 375 beds, including low barrier, working and respite dorms, health clinic, commercial grade kitchen, laundry facilities, DHS administrative offices, rooftop terraces, green roofs, covered pavilions, and walkways.
  • PROJECT MANAGER - Edgewood Recreation Center, Washington, DC: Contract Value $26,000,000 Scope of Work: Base Build - A firm fixed price joint venture project with Blue Skye Construction. Oversee contractual performance of over 25 subcontractors for a Department of General Services contract, which provided new construction services for a recreation center.
  • PROJECT MANAGER - Bishop Ireton High School (BIHS), Alexandria VA: Contract Value $2,500,000 Scope of Work: Interior Renovation - An addition, renovation, and removal of an existing building.
