  • As an addition to the aforementioned Eastern Pipeline Project, this approximately $4.5M project will include site preparation, a 2 million gallon prestressed concrete water storage tank, construction of approximately 780 feet of 24” DIP, 134 feet of 30” DIP and 450 feet of 30” steel pipe, GESC, overflow headwall, & inlet and outlet valve vaults
  • Estimated Completion September 2020.

  • Progressive Design-Build, Eastern Pipeline Project: Dominion Water & Sanitation District, Castle Rock, CO – Project Executive
  • This $39.9M project will include design and construction of pipeline between the Town of Castle Rock and the DWSD Middle Pressure Zone Tank
  • The first phase of this 3-phase project for the DWSD is currently under construction and it consists of the installation of approximately 11,500 LF of 24” DIP and 14,600 LF of 30” welded steel pipe across open country
  • The remaining two phases of this 3-phase project are under the finalization of design and securing necessary permits
  • Estimated Completion June 2020.

  • This project consisted of replacing an existing 8” DIP with 2,313 LF of 8” C900 PVC pipeline and corresponding service reconnections, valves, fire hydrants and pavement replacement
  • November 2019
  • Contract Amount $347,000.

  • Little Dry Creek Interceptor Sewer Improvements – BP 1A: City of Westminster, Westminster, CO – Project Executive
  • This project consisted of the replacement of a water transmission main in Sheridan Boulevard which included a large water main that served vast areas of south Westminster with 6,668 LF of 16” through 6” PVC & DIP
  • This project also consisted of the replacement of wastewater pipeline in Sheridan Boulevard which included a large sewer pipeline that served the southern third of the city with 6,845 LF of 21” through 6” PVC
  • And lastly it consisted of asphalt patching and paving of the streets in conjunction with open cut pipeline work, streets were repaired and resurfaced to address age and condition issues, and customer connections to the new pipelines
  • Contract Amount $8.4M
  • Completion November 28, 2018.

  • Progressive Design- Build WRCP Canyon Hess WISE Infrastructure Project: Parker Water & Sanitation District, Parker, CO – Project Executive and Project Manager
  • This was a $45M project with our portion being $13.6M
  • This project was part of the WISE program to complete water conveyance of shared resources from the Town of Parker to Castle Rock
  • It included 19,000 feet of 36” Steel Potable Water to complete the connection from the Town of Castle Rock to a new treatment facility, and over 27,000 feet of 8”-20” raw waterline to complete the interconnection of existing well facilities
  • Completed September 2018.

  • Ridgegate Line/Rueter-Hess WISE Infrastructure Project: Parker Water & Sanitation District, Parker, CO – Project Executive and Sr
  • Project Manager
  • This $15M project consisted of approximately 4.5 miles of 42-inch Welded Steel Potable Water Pipeline, 5 trenchless roadway crossings, flow control structures, ammonia storage facility, and miscellaneous improvements at the Rueter-Hess Water Purification Facility
  • The south end of the project began at the water purification facility and moved cross country north along the edge of existing subdivisions and 2,600 feet thru collector streets ending just north of E-470
  • This project used 22,202 LF of open-cut 42” diameter steel water pipeline with an average bury depth of 12.46 feet
  • This project began in June 2016 reached completion January 2018.

  • This $2M project installed 3,363 LF of 15” to 36” RCP; 43 LF of 12” Corrugated Steel; 3,054 LF of 3”, 6”, 8” and 12” DIP; 1,041 LF of 30” Welded Steel; 169 LF of ¾” Copper; 50 LF of ¾” Copper (Type K); 27 LF of 1” Copper; 100 LF of 1” Copper and 21 Manholes
  • Completion July 2017.

  • This $2.8M project consisted of the rehabilitation of appurtenances on the Rampart Waterline, including blow-offs in manholes, air vacuum release valves, and butterfly valves connecting the 54” and 40” pipeline
  • Completed May 2017.
