Terminals

-Wheel Chair Agent and Ticketing Agent

• Transported passengers in wheelchairs to and from inside terminals and lounge and aircraft and if need to lifted passengers in and out of wheelchairs and into and out of passenger seats if needed assistance.
• Read boarding pass to identify international and domestic flight information, special service requests, names and dates to help any passengers locate correct gate.

-Bus Gate Agent

• Assisted passengers to and from elevator to correct terminal gates and shuttle bus for correct connecting and/or departure gates.

-Fill In Dispatcher

• I helped out Dispatch by answering calls from airlines who needed wheel chair assistance whether it was to the gates, lounge, restroom anywhere. I inputted the information received by airline agent into our computer system to get proper amount of wheel chair agents out to the airlines who needed wheel chair assistance. And if I needed further assistance I radioed to lead dispatcher who was at the gates to know if any airlines needed assistance at there gates.
