Mission: Escape, Cartersville

  • Designed and managed the creation of story-driven escape rooms, including notable projects like Mission: Copan and Ballad of the Sleeping Dogfish. These projects' foundations are based on "wow!" moments that people don't typically see in escape rooms, such as elaborate walk-through water features, collapsing rooms, and much more.
  • Developed unique game mechanics such shooting gallery-style boss battles, environmental storytelling with props, and multi-stage puzzles.
  • Built puzzles with COGS Show Control Software integration, incorporating quick reset features for lower turnaround time.
  • Led documentation and maintenance efforts, ensuring operational staff could effectively manage room resets and upkeep.
  • From the beginning of planning, through to the end of production and turnover to staff, I have done every single job in building some of the most satisfying escape rooms in existence.
