Under the direction of a registered nurse (RN) and/or physician and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, performs crisis and/or de-escalation interventions,and therapeutic observations. Engagements ib clients supervision and other behavioral heath related duties.

Including assisting in implementation of seclusion/restraints. And acts in compliance with corporate, hospital and all relevant regulatory policies.

PATIENT CARE

Utilizes crisis and/ or de-escalation intervention practices, when necessary and appropriate, with patients whose behavior cannot be otherwise supported without such inventions.

Monitor and control patients, family, visitors and staff traffic flow through behavioral heath services.

Assist patients in grooming needs, including shaving and any ADL needs.

Perform observation and monitoring patients on a assigned one-one basics.

Preform patient rounds/checks as required, and report observations, interactions patient activity to assigned nusrsimg staff
