Serves as the S2X (HUMINT and CI operations within the Brigade’s Intelligence and security cell) officer in charge providing oversight of the Brigade Command’s Personnel Security, Counterintelligence, intelligence support, and open source to intelligence programs
Conduit between Division Headquarters’ G2/G2X and Military Intelligence Company providing training objectives to ensure optimal readiness for armed conflict
Provides the Commander’s Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) to all intelligence disciplines for fusion and shared understanding
Develop detailed intelligence preparation of the battlefield (IPB) products
Work closely with the S-6 to establish an intelligence architecture that incorporates all systems capabilities
Identify intelligence gaps and provide strategies for recommendations to the Commander for informed decision making
Performs staff assisted visits to ensure compliance with the language program as well as all HUMINT/CI functions within the organization
Coordinate with external organizations to provide all intelligence professionals with required and added training and tools necessary to do their jobs
Serves as the Commander’s collection manager, supervising intelligence collection and dissemination.
Served as the Operational Management Team (OMT) Chief, responsible for all training of the HUMINT force within the organization
Received and presented operational and technical reporting from the HUMINT Collection Teams to the Commander
Submitted reports to the intelligence community at large through systems of record
Deployed on a rotation and served as OMT OIC conducting Debriefing operations in support of 2nd Infantry Division’s G2X cell
Responsible for providing operational insight and recommendation to the Military Intelligence Company’s Commander of the troops
Served as the certified Equal Opportunity Leader for an organization of over 300 personnel

HUMINT Technician

Received reports from HCTs providing quality assurance and quality control while giving feedback to ensure information of intelligence value was entered into the intelligence community
Selected and appointed as the Brigade’s first HUMINT Technician in the S3X, provided operational and training oversight for over 100 Soldiers and Civilians that conducted multi-level collection in a live environment
Deployed to the Middle East and provided operational oversight to two debriefing teams and an MSO II Collection team that were spread out throughout seven country’s areas of operations
Through use of subject matter expertise in collection and analysis, advised the Commander of intelligence operations and the Army Service Component Command’s (ASCC) G2, increasing reporting by 90 percent
Stood up and initiated collection platforms in several countries within the CENTCOM area of operations in support of external governmental agencies
Command Language Program Manager (CLPM) responsible for ensuring all Collectors met requirements to maintain proficiency in individual command languages (CLANG).

Responsibilities included simultaneously serving as Operational Management Team Chief and Platoon Leader for Seven HCTs, providing administrative and operational guidance ensuring maximum growth of leaders and subordinates
Coordinated operational travel for HUMINT Collection operations in support of US Army Africa and Africa Command and managed collection for fifty-three countries on the African Continent
Traveled to three countries in Africa to work with the Defense Attache’ and country teams in efforts to support positive relationships with each country
Created an understanding of the ASCC’s Commander’s intelligence priorities and worked tirelessly to answer them in a timely and relevant manner
Developed training plans to increase subordinate’s knowledge and ability to effectively collect information of intelligence value and work independently on a consistent basis

Served as a Platoon Sergeant for thirty-two Soldiers of numerous MOS’ providing outstanding leadership and guidance while operating on an intelligence collection platform
Deployed to Kuwait for twelve months conducting MSO III and II collection
Employed as direct liaison for multi-national forces and advised the Commander of Intelligence about debriefing operations within his area of concern.

Successful Team Leader responsible for training Collectors in basic HUMINT collection operations
Deployed and redeployed a four-man team to Iraq for 13 months conducting MSO III and MSO II operations
While deployed, increased collection and relevant HUMINT reporting by fifty percent in a hostile and ever-changing environment.
