I’m someone who is motivated to keep growing my knowledge in athletic training and becoming better in the field every day. I’ve already gained valuable hands-on experience working as an assistant trainer for about a year, where I learned how to support athletes, help with injury prevention, and assist in basic care and recovery. That experience helped me understand how important communication, quick thinking, and attention to detail are in this role. I’m always looking to learn more, improve my skills, and build on what I already know so I can eventually take on bigger responsibilities and make a real impact in helping athletes stay healthy and perform at their best.
