I have been working in customer service since the week I turned 16 and have been in so many different and sometimes difficult scenarios where my mindset is satisfy the customer.
Being a Crew Trainer for Mcdonald's I am responsible for setting an example for our new staff members and directing them with how our work place functions with the technology and proper mannerisms when working with customers. I've been trusted to train multiple of our new staff directly one on one and I have been given the opportunity to move upwards into management for the company. I achieved the Crew trainer role within my first year of working for Mcdonald's and have earned other achievements such as employee of the month and a letter from the owner of our store thanking me for my customer service satisfactory.
