Provides interpreting services for Healthcare Systems. Interpret for medical ainterpretation, my role is facilitate communication between the medical staff and patients. Responsibilities include interpreting spoken words, maintaining impartiality to ethical guidelines. Five minutes every day training in medical terminology, healthcare protocols, patients confidentiality (HIPPA) and communications in various medical settings.

• Provide translation services to the SE Asian population in the mental health field to coordinate, verify and confirm services and/or appointments
• Collaborate with clinicians and other support staff with treatment plans for SE Asian population
• Ensure the mental health patients with translation needs understand and follow through with their treatment plans
• Coordinate and plan outreach services for the community to provide information on mental health services and resources
• Connect with the general population through the outreach services to educate and raise awareness on mental illnesses
