I would like to work for a company that will enhance the skills that I already have as well as provide the opportunity for personal and professional growth and advancement opportunities. New jobs bring with them new challenges and trials, but also new experiences and new opportunities. I appreciate the chance to develop knowledge and skills where I can demonstrate the willingness to continue to learn and use new skills, particularly technical skills.

I started at Cornwell Quality Tools when I was 19. I worked in the warehouse for 18 years before I made the move to the Corporate office as a Purchasing/Expediting/Freight Claim Clerk. I worked in the corporate office for 3 years. I went from being a teenager to being a wife and mother of two children while working for . My plans to retire from Cornwell were altered when my husband had an opportunity for a career change with a new position with New York Presbyterian Hospital.

Once we made the mover to New Jersey, I was interviewed for the position of Inside Sales Representative. Working at Testo had me on the other end of thing than what I was doing at Cornwell. I went from a company that resells items to being with a company that would per say be a supplier to them.

With our children gown, we have made the decision to move back to Ohio to be with family. We are now considered "empty nesters" so this makes me available to worker longer hours or travel as needed.

I have numerous of skills from customer service, sales, returns, shipping issues. With these skills, I would make a good addition to your team. I am reliable and finish all tasks given to me. I have great communications skills that you will get to see if I should have the chance to interview.

  • My main function is handling our Amazon Account. I manage accepting new orders, order entry, double checking pieces picked, help to pack the orders, and take photos of all items packed that shipping to Amazon. I also provide advanced shipping notices and invoicing through through their Vendor Central. When I am not working on the orders, I work on filing claims for shortage claims, invoice discrepancies, and carton content accuracies.
  • My next function is handling our Grainger/Zoro account. I manage accepting new orders, order entry, providing advanced shipping notice, and invoicing all through SPS Commerce.
  • The other functions that I do when not working on my main accounts is 1.Answering the phone and helping with distributors and end customers with questions on products and how they work, stock availability, pricing, and order updates. 2.Processing orders that are either emailed or faxed in to Testo. 3. Prepare quotes as needed for either distributors or customers. 4. Work on all leads that are assigned to me. Once you get all of the info needed, the leads are then created as Opportunities. Once the opportunities are created, I am to follow up on them until we know if the customer has decided to purchase or chose to go another direction.
  • I was chosen 2017 to go to our Headquarters, located in Lenzkirch Germany, to learn the new MicroSoft CRM. I am the trainer for MS CRM for all new employees that are hired/transferred into Distribution Sales Support.

  • Weekly ordering of stock and non-stocking items.
  • Daily expediting of back ordered stock by estimated date of arrival for delivery and shipment.
  • Weekly expediting of stock by estimated date for all items that were listed in the monthly flyer.

  • Worked with the receiving team for when vendor items were shipped incorrectly or not shipped but listed on packing slip as being shipped.
  • Worked with accounting when the vendor invoices Cornwell for an item that was not received.
  • Communicated via phone calls with dealers for a variety of reasons, mainly when they received damaged product.
  • Handled all freight claims for items that the dealer had received damaged.
  • Handled all ground shipment that were received damaged.
