Successful in overseeing community services, women's ministries, outreach and worship ministry. Light-hearted, Detail-oriented, team player with strong organizational and anayltical skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy, flexibility and positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team objectives.

I love people and teams. My favorite thing to do is to equip the saints for the work of the ministry, in all the ways He has uniquely wired them. I work currently PT in Consulting and part of our initiatives are to give the DiSC and 5 Working Genius tests to better access our team dynamics. I also have utilized spiritual gift tests for congregations and women ministries and helped facilitate equipping workshops and conferences.

I would love to be considered for either Assistant to Pastor or HR. I am extremely analytical, which helps vet applicants in a hiring process. I also worked with a Senior Pastor (My dad) for nearly 20 years in a variety of roles so I understand the dynamics of having someone you can depend on to delegate tasks to.
