My Why

I thrived being in the hospital setting for many years.... Working night shift for over 10 years and then transitioning to day shift, taking on a full-time charge nurse role. After careful consideration, in July of 2019 I stepped away from nursing to be a stay-at-home mom and focus my time and energy on my family. 

I love to work, so I became a Realtor in 2023 to start slowly transitioning my way back into the working force. It is a cloud brokerage and I'm able to work completely remote from home with a ton of flexibility. I am really wanting to get back into the nursing world, but without working in a hospital and in a somewhat more relaxed, smaller environment. I love the preventative medicine approach and live a healthy lifestyle. Being in my 40's now, I have taken on riding the Peloton (with over 750 rides now), and running outdoors. I'm actually running in the NYC Marathon, November 2024! 

I'd love to incorporate nursing again into my life as a part-time job now that all my little's (4.5, 8 & 10 years old) are finally in school. I can be extremely flexible and willing to work weekends.
