Reading - was more getting University work done, but I did enjoy articles regarding various community events, and planning with CERT and its work in Jackson County.. I was a member of CERT for about 3 years before retiring and I also was a shop steward at the University helping folks keep their employment utilizing skills I achieved with union teachings I received certifications for. I enjoyed helping others achieve their goals. Worked with homeless/children at risk as well while doing the practicum in my class work at the University.
