When im not pouring my persistence and efforts into academics, I enjoy spending time on my kayak and challenging myself to be creative through painting and interior decorating. Painting poses it's own set of challenges that require my patience, and sharpens my attention to detail. Interior decorating has always been an interest of mine, but now that I finally own a home, the motivation and desire to be creative within this capacity has deepened. Painting and interior decorating for me go hand-in-hand. My goal is to showcase my artwork throughout my home, alongside my decorating visions that will come to life throughout my home over time. Kayaking is a great outlet for me because it allows me to unplug from life's daily tasks and stressors for a short while. Im able to regroup in the water and challenge my physical strength, and endurance. most importantly, im able to mentally unwind and regroup.
