  • Assisting member with Bill Pay (USAA )to ensure timely arrival of checks to internal and external billers.
  • Handling member enquiries about Deposit Holds and Funds availability.
  • Tracking and Recording Member complaints regarding products and services .Deescalating the situation and Routing the members to appropriate Team as per bank policies and procedures
  • Adherence to bank process and regulations all times by proper CRD and non release of sensitive information.
