Being involved with the physical exercise aspect of life for the past 10 years will allow for easy integration and overall reduce the amount of work needed to instruct.
Attended the gym for the past 10 years with the mindset of quality over quantity and a heavy importance laid on reduced injury through proper form. Analytically selected exercises to help significant other's chronic knee predicament and has helped bring her back to her passion for running. Assisted two family members in building a fitness program that would help them achieve their goals of both losing weight as well as gaining weight. Personal progression has been maintained throughout the duration of the last decade.
