Benjamin Ballard

Summary

My name is Benjamin Ballard. I am a transmission lineman and foreman with nineteen years experience in the field. I might have started in this industry a little later than most, but from day one I knew that this is where i belonged. I started from the bottom and soaked up all the experience and training available to me. I moved up in the ranks quickly and was in the bucket working out structures by the third day. I was trained and certified in everything that was available to me and some that wasn't that i did on my own. Before long I was a lead lineman and crew leader managing all the daily tasks assigned to me. I started training all the new hirers everything I was taught. Before long we were the top producing crew in the company. Soon after I was promoted to Foreman and was overseeing the entire scope of the projects from start to finish. I always retained a good working relationship with my project managers, management, customers and the inspection teams one the projects.
