At this job I have to take orders, make deliveries and remember countless residents' diets and allergies, this job is similar to the last one but harder in every way and with double the responsibility. This job requires way more patience than the last. At this job half the building is rehabilitation and the other half is assisted living. Catered to residents with physical and mental disabilities, addressing their daily needs to ensure their well-being and comfort. And the residents' well-being depends on us remembering all of their needs when they are unable to them selfs. And every month we have to watch long training videos on the new regulations for health facilities. And I was temporarily Lead server for about 5 to 6 months and this job gave me the responsibility of making sure all of my co-workers are doing well and having higher authority especially on the weekends when the manager was not there, after a while that manager left and the got rid of the position since it wasn't fair to have more responsibility with zero pay increase. On a daily basis we are required to have good communication and do a good job working as a team by always helping one another out.

Was a waiter there for almost a year and dealt with taking orders and and having to be very social and understanding with the residents that lived there and their needs. The biggest part about this job was patience and understanding. I was very reliable and always showed up on time every day!
