Led a team of 40+ to plan, resource, and execute ten, large-scale, complex training exercises annually for U.S. Army Special Operations Forces, training over 500 employees in future-relevant skills

Coordinated a team of contractors, Government Service (GS) civilians, and special operators in solving diverse problems in the creation of each unique exercise scenario, tailoring training to the specific needs of each unit.

Organized, resourced, and managed an intense educational program, leading over 200 multi-national employees, while training over 1400 special operators annually and managing a budget of over $16M.

Identified existing gaps in cultural and language training and developed and implemented multiple programs to fill these gaps.

Developed and expanded relationships with external organizations, including the University of Montana, Brigham Young University, and the U.S. Air Force Academy to enhance an already industry-leading educational program.

Served as the sole agent of a major, global military organization to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, directly advancing its equities and interests.

Worked directly with U.S. State Department and Saudi governmental authorities to secure diplomatic approval for and execute multiple executive-level engagements and over 30 combined U.S.-Saudi operations and training events.

Advised the Saudi Arabian Ministries of Defense and Interior on key aspects of their Transformation 2030 plan, including force structure, training and joint operations. Advised and assisted in planning the operation to evacuate civilians from Sudan during the Sudanese Civil War.

Led in diverse endeavors ranging from small special purpose teams conducting no-fail missions to 100+ employee organizations developing advanced skills and techniques.

Achieved complex objectives in ambiguous environments, effectively stewarded resources, and managed interpersonal relationships while building strong, cohesive teams.

Worked closely with partners across Europe and the Middle East, built bridges of connection across cultural boundaries and quickly adapted to new scenarios.
