  • I am in charge of coordinating activities of Large Dealership Fixed Operation in Service department to ensure efficient processes ,operations, supervising automotive personnel and technicians to ensure services meet all standards of quality set by General Motors and Day's Chevrolet in order to achieve customer satisfaction and earn EBE,PASE, payouts and incentives.
  • I oversee recruiting, inhouse apprentice program, and training of automotive service personal to ensure smooth capable Vehicle repair experience. assigning and designating job duties to staff according to their performance, ability and history.
  • As a senior Service Director, i guide and direct the activities of servicing/repair staff to ensure optimal productivity ,safety and efficiency.
  • I engage with customers to ensure GM CSI is meet and litigate customer concerns related to Factory and Aftermarket warranties for truck and Car repairs.

  • I daily interface CDK/polycom to track ,listen and coach my service Consultants regarding clients to notify them of finished repairs ,pricing and date of next scheduled service and other relevant automotive information.
  • I have spent 27 years building and maintaining positive work relationships with Day's Staff and customers to create rapport that fosters patronage and generates continues revenue for Day's fixed operations.
  • I also oversee post-repair services such as test driving, vehicle delivery, quality control and other services as may be required.
  • I have built ,trained and organized written and electronic programs for auto servicing and repair staff in order to enhance their skills and performance.
  • I supervise operations of mechanics thru time log incentive to ensure timely and quality repairs that meet requirements of customers.
  • It is my responsibility comply with health/safety regulations and procedures, ensuring appropriate disposal of environmental wastes .
  • I build and produce weekly reports and updates to the general manager and owner on Work in process , customer concerns , expenses ,staffing , incentives and related work activities.
  • I still conduct repair price negotiations with clients to arrive at a favorable outcome , maintain record of all vehicle repairs, maintenance and their associated fees.
