Results-driven and compassionate human services professional with over three years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. In addition to my background as a case manager and career advisor specializing in reentry employment and housing stability, I currently serve as the Program Supervisor for one of The Salvation Army’s newest recovery-based transitional housing programs in San Francisco. In this role, I oversee a team of Program Assistants, manage 24-hour operations, and help develop program procedures that strengthen participant support and facility efficiency. With extensive experience in reentry services, homelessness response, and recovery-focused programming, I am committed to empowering individuals, fostering safe and supportive environments, and driving meaningful, long-term impact through effective coordination, communication, and client-centered practices.
