I would train new hires and ensure all the questions were answered so they could confidently do their jobs. I also ensured every guest was as happy as possible and helped in any way I could. I cleaned the restaurant many times and the machines, such as the ice cream machine, the fryers, and the grills. I mainly did front-of-house work, but I could also work in the back if they were understaffed to help out the best I could.
