• Led the full implementation lifecycle of multiple systems, covering design, build, testing, training, go-live support, and documentation creation.
• Managed Implementation of Magview Patient Portal, Patient Keeper, PACS Health Dose Monitor, & Dragon VR in Magview, Centricity, Muse, and Viewpoint with oversight from direct Supervisor

Supported Radiation Oncology and Mammography clinical applications: ARIA – Oncology Information System, Pinnacle – Radiation Treatment Planning System, PenRad – Mammography Tracking & Reporting, GE PACS-IW – provided backup support for PACS Admin.

• Successful transition of Oncologists from paper charting to electronic documentation in ARIA – included creation of charting templates & training Physicians
• Implementation of Dragon VR for Oncologists – included creation of custom forms & templates, as well as training Physicians
• Scoped, mapped, tested, and implemented HL7 Lab Results integration to ARIA with Lab Analyst, creating procedures for regulatory audits.
• Implemented Patient Check-In and ID card system for Rad Onc by selecting ID card solution, designing workflow and procedures, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Performed daily support & maintenance of all Radiology Applications including: GE RIS-IC v10, Talk Technologies VR, GE iSite for Teleradiology, GE IDXrad (prior to RIS v10), Dictaphone (prior to Talk VR), GE GUI Mam Module

• Led project to transition six Breast Centers from paper to GE’s GUI Mam Module, overseeing workflow and procedure design, patient letter creation, training material development, end user training, Radiologist workflows for over-reads, and completion of patient follow-up documentation required by MQSA.
• Led migration from IDXrad v9 to GE RIS-IC v10 across 20 clinics and 6 specialty sites, managing data migration, dictionary builds, end user training, workflow design and documentation, go live simulations, and ongoing support over a 2-year project.
• Facilitated monthly Procedure Team Meeting with Super Users to evaluate and develop new procedures.
• Conducted classroom training three times a month for new hires and individual Radiologist training as needed, developing user and trainer manuals, creating curriculum-specific assessments, and reporting results to management.
