  • I manage a 209 unit LIHTC community that has 42 PBV units with a Veteran preference. I collaborate with our team to ensure the property remains in compliance with the Section 42 guidelines, Fair Housing practices are actively followed, Oregon Landlord Tenant Law is adhered to, coordinate move-ins with outside social agencies, Home Forward for PBV and TBV residents. I head a team of five with supervision over an Assistant Community Manager, two Maintenance Technicians and a Porter.
  • I communicate with the assigned Resident Services Coordinator regarding resident lease issues. For example, non-payment of rent, lease infractions, resident housekeeping concerns, etc. I also participate in the planning and assisting at resident functions.
